In the process of cultivating organic vegetables, we do not use any toxic, chemical herbicides, fumigants, pesticides or bactericides at all. Our use of organic fertilizer is strictly controlled in accordance to strict rules of organic agriculture and it’s certification. The administration of Organic Food Certification in China is standardized by the Organic Food Development Center (OFDC)and is complied with the regulations from the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM). An agricultural product must go through three years of closed organic farming before entering the market. An entity applying for a qualification- certificate of the Organic Food Certification Institute, receives an examination from OFDC including regular inspections of farm and processing equipment as well as detailed data pursuits and routine quality - checks on soil and water to meet and proof the standards of organic cultivation. |
